Gourmet Magazine down but not out…IMAO

I just read that Condé Nast Publications have decided to terminate production of, among others, Gourmet Magazine. I am going to go out on a limb and say that someone will come up with the cash necessary to bring this venerable culinary monthly back to life. I feel that Gourmet was the better of the two culinary magazines in the Condé Nast stable, the other big name being Bon Appetit.

I could be wrong but I just think some names are too popular to be left lying on the trash heap. I can’t say how long it will be before a benefactor is found, but I just have a gut feeling. Good Luck to the staff at Gourmet.
