Great Comments!

I don’t normally highlight comments on my articles, but I am making exception. As many of you know, I wrote an article here on Kitchenboy.net concerning organic foods and the problems that have been occurring. Recently, I received a great comment on that article which helped clarify my understanding on some issues I brought up. The comments were not only enlightening to me but very educational.

I may be a knowledgeable culinary geek when it comes to tools, gadgets and techniques, but my farming ignorance showed in the article. However, my original intent in writing the article was to foster dialog and debate. In this endeavor, I wanted to learn and know more about the food we eat. I believe the comments provided by Chase Ridgely of Cashmere Rose Farms, in Maryland, help further this effort.
