Organic Food Troubles Continue

OK, I couldn’t resist. I know I just posted something about my being on hiatus, but an article in the Washington Post about the lack of integrity in the organic food label made me think back to my ranting post about that very subject.

Here is my article on organic. My post references an article in the New York Times, which is also an excellent piece. Don’t forget to read the comments on my article, which bring to light some important thoughts.

While these articles are not on the exact same subject, they do speak to the complex issues regarding this highly specialized, and costly brand we call organic.

Like you, I want to be able to trust in the purity of the food I eat. Let’s write to our lawmakers and demand something be done.
