Welcome Jessica’s Biscuit!

by KitchenBoy on February 17, 2009

I am very proud to announce a partnership with Jessica’s Biscuit.

Long time readers know that while I want to make money with this blog through affiliate marketing partnerships, I never trumpet those alliances. Any partnerships I form or end, come and go as so many links in the sidebar. However, this is the exception. Jessica’s Biscuit or Ecookbooks.com is the perfect place for all you cookbook hounds out there. Like me, many of you can sit and read a cookbook like other people read novels and as such, you want a great resource for that habit. Jessica’s Biscuit doesn’t sell books on car repair or “Ipods For Dummies”, just cookbooks.

Why do I love them? Well not only the great selection and great prices, but read this from their web page…

“Jessica’s Biscuit® takes its cookbooks seriously. Thirteen years ago, when David Strymish realized that one of the most important bread-baking books was no longer available, he arranged to reprint it. Biscuit Books™ — a sister company of Jessica’s Biscuit®/ecookbooks.com™ and New England Mobile Book Fair® — made its publishing debut by printing a beautiful new edition of Elizabeth David’s English Bread and Yeast Cookery. In the years following, Biscuit Books™ has released eight more titles — all much-loved but out-of-print classics. Says David, “These authors are researchers who bring us history. One of the things we do is to preserve and to perpetuate heritage.”

Ya gotta love people who have such a passion for cookbooks and provide a great service at the same time. I have always been more than pleased with the service, prices and selection at this site. If it is a cookbook you seek, you have to go to Jessica’s Biscuit!

You have my promise, this is the only time I will EVER trumpet a partner like this.
