In regards to comments, I have a very simple policy. **NO rude, offensive or completely off topic comments.** I won't allow it.

If you have something constructive to say, relevant to the post or topic, great, otherwise keep it to yourself.

You don't have to agree with me, compliment me or even like a particular product, just don't say it rudely or insult other commenters.

Kitchenboy will be the one who determines the rules for rude or offensive. If you don't like it, then go to another blog.

Sorry to be blunt, but I need you all to understand the rules. And now, back to our regularly scheduled programming. :-)

This is an addendum to the "About Me" section that relates to the commercial aspect of this site.

Anytime you click on a product link, you will be taken to an affiliate partner's web site. I hope it is understood that if you buy something at that site, I get paid a commission. The FTC doesn't think you all are smart enough to understand this concept. I think you all ARE smarter than that and so I have said nothing about it to date. The reason I am adding this little note, is that the FTC has implemented changes that require bloggers to notify everyone of affiliate partnerships.

I have never hidden my partnerships from you, my readers. In fact, the links listed in the side bar clearly state those businesses are my affiliate partners.

I also want you all to know that these affiliate partnerships in no way interfere with the integrity of my articles. These partners are simply online retailers who sell culinary products from various manufacturers. I accept no advertising directly from the manufacturers. I review products and point you to an online store where these products are available; if what I say inspires you to buy, great. You get the products you want, and I get a commission. We all benefit. It is small business in action.

Admittedly, it is not a highly profitable business model, but I enjoy writing about culinary tools and hopefully you enjoy reading what I write.

If you have any questions about these business relationships, please feel free to drop me a note at questions@kitchenboy.net and I will answer you.

Thanks for your continued support!

Well, Play and Win, send me an email and tell me about your culinary background, specifically as it relates to tools and gadgets. We can talk and see what happens. I would remain owner and editor of the content so your articles would need to be approved before posting. If you are truly interested, I will listen.

Is it a possibility to be a guest writer for the blog? I wouldn't mind putting my opinion out here for people and see what they have to say.

I love your idea of using the recipe as is for the first go-round, then in subsequent uses of the
recipe I can modify the ingredients, according to taste, of whoever you are feeding. And I love
leftovers, too. I saves you the trouble of cooking two or three days in a row and that goes over
big. We're in a hurry, so we just heat 'em up. Good site. Lots of ideas and once can see that you love it.
