I am responsible for all the content on this site. It is my joy to be immersed in culinary geekdom for your benefit. I enjoy tracking down available products, brands, styles and researching answers from the manufacturers. It is my job to immerse myself in the details to help you all understand the sometimes confusing world of culinary tools and gadgets.

Sara is an excellent editor for the articles we post on the site. Her attention to detail is exacting and I am indebted to her editorial skill. Sara also serves as a capable marketing and advertising adviser. Her many years in marketing give her an insight that I lack and her advice has helped us grow this brand. Whatever the future holds, Sara will help us get there wisely.
